• Tom Siciliano is President and founder of Integrity Associates LLC.; a national search and consulting firm. He is also President of Transitions After the Game (an Integrity Associates company), a business that works with Professional Athletes to transition them into the business world.

• Prior to starting Integrity Associates and Transitions After the Game, Siciliano served in executive leadership roles at two highly respected Fortune 500 companies; Aramark and Corporate Express, winning numerous prestigious awards for his leadership and results. Tom is a strategist who has been recognized for the ability to develop people, build teams and help people and companies achieve their goals.

• Siciliano is a regular speaker to companies across the country helping them with their vision and results. He is the co-author of the book, “Shifting Into Higher Gear; An Owner’s Manual for Uniting your Calling and Career” published by Jossey-Bass, a Wiley imprint.
• Tom has been featured on over 30 radio shows, 3 television shows, and in many national newspapers.  He has also been a featured speaker at national conventions and top universities on the topic of career transition.
